Minority and Small Business Enterprise
-
Minority and Small Business Enterprise (MSBE) is a program which creates competitive opportunities for minority and small business enterprises through the procurement and delivery of goods, services and construction. The main goal of the MSBE program is to increase contract awards to minority and small businesses, thus increasing their share of total AACPS contract awards and expenditures.
The MSBE program was created as a recognition of the strong and diverse business community that represents the broader socio-economic makeup of Anne Arundel County, and the awareness that all students and citizens can benefit from an effective minority and small business enterprise program.
