The mission of the AACPS Right Start New Teacher Support Program is to develop and retain highly effective teachers by providing:

Differentiated Professional Development Opportunities
Support for New Teachers
Right Start Advisors (RSA's) and Conditional Teacher Support Specialists (CTSS) provide one-on-one mentoring and coaching to eligible new teachers in AACPS. New Teacher support also provides a variety of in-person and virtual professional learning seminars.
