    The Blueprint for Maryland's Future requires the implementation of a mixed-delivery system for prekindergarten. The mixed-delivery system is a model that provides high-quality prekindergarten in both private provider and school-based settings in order to allow families to choose the prekindergarten program that is the best fit for their three-and-four-year-old children. AACPS does not provide transportation to private provider locations or public schools outside of the family's home school transportation catchment.
