Please submit all address changes in writing.  Complete the Retiree Healthcare Enrollment Application or email us with the update.

Include the date the change is effective and phone or email changes as well.  If you are emailing the information to us, please include your old address as well as your new.

If you are moving out of the service area for your current healthcare plan, you can switch to a different plan within 31 days of your move.   Submit a Retiree Healthcare Enrollment Application to HR/Retirement to make that change.  The sooner we have the information, the more likely the transition from one plan to another will be smooth.

In order for the Maryland State Retirement Agency to mail your annual 1099-R tax document, the bi-annual Retiree News and Notes newsletter and advice slips, it is important that you notify the Retirement Agency when you change your mailing address.  Just log into mySRPS to update your contact information.

You can also update your address by completing Form 77: Contact Information Change Request. 

If you are moving out of state, you can update your tax withholdings either thru mySRPS or with the Maryland State tax and/or Federal tax withholding forms.  Completed forms can be mailed to:
