Absentee Form

Many parents ask about writing letters to excuse their child's absences. Below is a convenient way to communicate about your student's absence.  Below is a link to a form for parents/guardians to fill out and submit to the school in regard to their student's absence.  Just remember...After five days out of school, we require a doctor's note from your student's doctor in regard to their illness.
