Attendance Reporting

Parents and Guardians, please fill out this form each time your child is absent. Absences shall be treated as unlawful until we receive a written or electronic note justifying the absence. Written/electronic notes must be turned in within 3 days of the student's return to school or it will remain unlawful in our system. If your student has missed five or more consecutive days, a doctor's note is required for the absences to be excused. Please allow 24-48 hours processing time for this to be reflected in the AACPS Parent Portal. Please enter a valid email address that is currently on file with the school for your student.

Padres y tutores, completen el siguiente formulario cada vez que su hijo/a esté ausente. Las ausencias se considerarán inexcusables hasta que recibamos una nota escrita o electrónica que justifique la ausencia. Las notas escritas/electrónicas deben entregarse dentro de los 3 días posteriores al regreso del estudiante a la escuela o seguirán siendo inexcusables en nuestro sistema. Si su estudiante ha faltado cinco o más días consecutivos, se requiere una nota del médico para justificar las ausencias. Permita un tiempo de procesamiento de 24 a 48 horas para que esto se refleje en el Portal para padres de AACPS.
