I hope you are enjoying a fun and relaxing summer! As we prepare for the start of the 2023-2024 school year, we encourage you to please continue reading with and to your children each day. Encourage your child to retell the story in his/her own words, make connections between his/her own experiences and the text, and make predictions while reading. Consider having your child draw and/write about his/her summer experiences.
