    Attendance Matters

Park rewards student's who come to school everyday and are on time and do not leave early!

    2 days is TOO MANY!

Whether excused or unexcused, chronically absent is when you miss 2 days a month or a total of 18 school days in a school year.  Good attendance is missing not more than 1 day per month.  Students with good attendance often read better, have higher GPAs, are more likely selected for IB, PVA, or STEM middle schools, and are better prepared to be on track for high school graduation.

Be here by 9 and you are fine!
