• WHAT IS THE ICST?

    • The Integrated Community Stakeholder Team (ICST), along with school personnel, including the Signature Program Facilitator,  is responsible for implementing the Signature Program in each high school. This team includes individuals from each of 6 community sectors:

      The ICST works closely with the Signature Program Facilitator to determine program needs, timeline and budget, elements, outcomes, resources, curricula and creates a detailed Signature Program plan. In partnership with school personnel, the ICST will remain involved with the sustainability of the Signature Program with the purpose of creating, implementing, and maintaining relevant and meaningful opportunities for students.
