Dear Families,

Please send one of these forms to school whenever your children have been or will be absent from school. It is very important that you send a note because the school system keeps track of the days your children are absent. If you do not send a note, it is considered an unexcused absence.If your student has missed five or more consecutive dates, a doctor's note will be required.

Por favor manden una de estas notas a la escuela cuando sus hijos han estado fuera o van a estar fuera de la escuela. Es Importante que la manden porque el sistema escolar lleva la cuenta de los dias que sus hijos estan ausentes.Si no mandan una nota, se cuenta como una ausencia sin permiso.Si su alumno/a se ha perdido cinco o más fechas consecutivas, se requerirá una nota del médico.
