    Item Drop Off/Pick Up

    Dear Families,

I hope you and your families are healthy and well. We appreciate your patience as we have worked diligently to draft a pick-up plan and schedule for you to retrieve your child’s belongings.

In order to efficiently offer curbside service, please remain in your vehicle. Our staff will be practicing social distancing, wearing gloves and masks and, whenever possible, we ask that you please do the same. Our primary goal is to ensure your safety and the safety of our staff.

Upon arrival at Jacobsville Elementary, please follow the signage regarding media book drop-off, safety badge and belt drop-off, instrument drop-off ONLY for students in grade 5 and students transferring out of the county, Chromebook drop-off ONLY for students transferring out of the county, instrument and student item pick-up by alpha using the students’ last name. Grade 5 students will receive an envelope with promotion materials within their bag of student belongings.

Please place a sign in your front window with your child’s last name followed by his/ her first name (I.e. Umile, April) printed in large letters.  Staff will bring collection bins and students' belongings to your car.  Please have space available on your passenger side or trunk for these items and please bring your photo ID.  Also, please note there is construction in the front of the building when navigating the parking lot.

We have not yet received yearbooks; however, if they arrive by the end of the week, we will be certain to have a station for distribution. Otherwise, additional information regarding yearbook distribution will be forthcoming.

Thank you in advance for following the signage and directives of our staff.  To promote social distancing, we ask that you please not park or linger in the parking lot.

Thank you again for helping everyone stay safe.
