Scholarships for Scholars is a nonprofit organization that awards scholarships to top performing high school seniors who reside in Anne Arundel County (AAC). Since its inception in 1983, the organization has awarded over $3,000,000.

Eligibility

Scholarships are awarded to graduating high school students who are AAC residents attending public and accredited private schools in AAC and home-schooled students registered with the AACPS Board of Education. Students are required to have a minimum weighted grade point average, which differ by scholarship. Scholarships are awarded without regard to financial need, race, gender, age, national origin, religion, sexual orientation, or familial status.

How the scholarships can be used

Students may use the scholarships to help pay for tuition, fees, books, technical equipment, and room and board at the higher education institution of their choice, including four-year colleges or universities, community colleges, or private trade and technical schools
