  • AACPS Virtual AcademyThe AACPS Virtual Academy is a new AACPS school opening in Fall 2021. The Virtual Academy is a virtual-only learning solution for a limited number of  students entering grades 3-12 who are not able to return to in-person instruction. Families are encouraged to review all of the information provided on this website before submitting an application to the AACPS Virtual Academy. 

    AACPS Virtual Academy enrollment requires a full one-year commitment for 2021-22 school year. 

    The AACPS Virtual Academy is no longer accepting applications as of Thursday, June 10, 2021, at 5 p.m.

    Results of 2021-22 Student Application Process

    The AACPS Virtual Academy will be emailing acceptance, waitlist, and ineligibility letters to all applicants during the week of June 14, 2021. Information will be included in each letter regarding next steps for accepting a seat offer, declining a seat offer, accepting a waitlist seat offer, and information regarding the steps to appeal a decision of ineligibility should a family choose to avail themselves of our appeal process.
