The AACPS Certification office, working in partnership with the Maryland State Department of Education (MSDE), provides certification services for AACPS contracted educators. Once you are employed by AACPS as a contracted educator, specialist, or administrator, our office handles all your certification needs in keeping with State regulations. Our office consists of three Certification Specialists and two Certification Technicians serving the needs of over 7,200 certified educators. With whom you work in certification is based on your last name.
