LIAN ROTHSCHILD

Design & Production, Senior Capstone

A native of the D.C./Baltimore area, Ms. Rothschild has been working the the Production Industry for more than a decade, with over 100 professional show credits to her name. Previous job titles have included Resident Props Master and Scenic Charge at UMBC, Technical Design Supervisor of Advanced Entertainment (Northeast region), Assoc. Production Manager of Weston Playhouse Theater Company, and others. With a BA in Theater Education (MSDE Secondary Education Certificate) from UMBC, and an MFA in Props Management from the UNC School of the Arts, Ms. Rothschild is proud to bring her professional experience into the classroom to help inspire and prepare the next generation of creative problem solvers, artists, and crafts people.
