Basic Life Insurance is provided at no cost to permanent employees as negotiated or as indicated in the Terms of Employment.

Supplemental Life Insurance coverage is also available to eligible employees. Spouse and Child life can be purchased if enrolled in Supplemental Life.

Purchase life insurance as a new hire or increase/decrease your coverage during Open Enrollment (Statement of Health required during open enrollment). See pages 6-7 of the Employee Benefits Guide for more information.
